Bill Vasiliadis, Esq. founded the firm in 2001 in Astoria, New York.  Bill Spanos, Esq. joined the firm in 2004, after graduating law school. In 2015, the firm relocated to its present location.

Mr. Vasiliadis and Mr. Spanos handle all types of commercial and residential transactions, involving the purchase, sale and financing of properties primarily in New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties, as well as in other areas of New York. The fim's clients range from seasoned real estate investors with portfolios in excess of $50 million in assets, to institutional lenders, (Investors Bank), to first time home-buyers of 1-2 family homes, as well as condominiums or cooperative units. They have a combined 30 years experience in representing sellers, buyers, developers and lenders in multi-family, mixed-use, retail, shopping strips, office, development, warehouse, and industrial property transactions. The attorneys also have a major concentration in representing sellers and purchasers in cooperative, condominium and residential 1-4 family home transactions. Additionally, the attorneys also have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating store, office, and retail leases on behalf of both owners and tenants. The firm has successfully handled thousands of transactions.  Prior to founding the firm, Bill Vasiliadis, Esq., worked from 1997 to 2001 at Ricca and Donnelly P.C., a well respected boutique real estate firm representing institutional lenders and private real estate clients.  

Mr. Vasiliadis is a 1994 graduate of Columbia College with a B.A. degree in Political Science, and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from St. Johns University School of Law in 1997. He has been admitted to practice in New York since 1998. 

Mr. Spanos graduated in 1999 from New York University with a B.A. degree in Political Science, and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the City University of New York in 2004.

Both attorneys are fluent in Greek.
